Mission

The mission of the Team First Coaches Academy is to develop outstanding youth football coaches. The academy explores coaching philosophy as well as the specifics of offensive, defensive, and special teams play. Planning and organization, along with life skills are also covered.

Youth coaches play a vital role in the development of their players both on the field and off. Team First coaches Academy is designed to provide the support and skills necessary for coaches to have a positive impact on today’s youth.
